ScrapeTorrent will be completely updated tomorrow, including new indexes, the removal of dead indexes, and loads and loads of trackers added to the tracker checker.

Monova added in place of mininova. Some sites fixed but ran out of time today and last night working on it. Going to California tomorrow and when I get back at the beginning of the year ScrapeTorrent will be quickly on track to being the best torrent search out there. Believe it or not, all the neglect came from the fact that I spilled RC Cola in my keyboard a year ago and made several of my keys on the right side unusable of which were the delete and backspace key. Try writing code or debugging without those keys. I find myself grabbing the mouse and highlighting mistakes I make instead of simply hitting backspace, even WITH a new keyboard.

Is it possible to get rid of all the spammers posting on here? I know you can't really keep users from posting what they want on here (aside from creating text censoring or something similar) but maybe a way to avoid users who create accounts solely for promotion. Possibly tracking the current spammers' IP and blocking them?

I too celebrate festivus! Really! We had a good sized party!

The captcha is turned up to maximum security but it's probably not a bot entering them.

Work will resume on the site this weekend as I am back from vacation

BTMon added to the search in place of IsoHunt. Still have quite a few more to add. One a day is the plan.

Need to do some investigating on btjunkie's exaggerated seed counts. Gonna try and see why it is happening and in what degree so that I can script in a system to fix them to the correct numbers.

SumoTorrent to be added next. Anyone got any suggestions for what to add?

fulldls has returned, among others. You will immediately notice a greater quantity of results.

More work to be done to return scrapetorrent to it's former glory, plus more.

New keyboard makes a world of difference

Scrapetorrent is the best - thanks to your hard work Brian!  But I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble using fulldls?  I can't open the page at all.  It just continually tries to refresh until it times out completely.  I think it did work for me up until about a week ago but am not positive.  Thanks! Once I rebooted today, I was able to visit fulldls again.  Something must have been tangled up because other programs began having trouble too.  Thanks for your help.  Angie

Added kickasstorrents.com.

Working on a verified torrents feature where search results show which torrents are confirmed to be good. Will integrate my own verification system with those from scraped sites and databases for great accuracy.
